Prohibited Items Policy

At M&K Futoling Enterprises LLC, we are committed to maintaining safety, compliance, and integrity in all courier and delivery operations. To protect our clients, drivers, and the public, certain items are strictly prohibited from transport under any circumstances.

1. Restricted and Prohibited Shipments

The following categories of items are not accepted for pickup, transport, or delivery by M&K Futoling Enterprises LLC:

A. Hazardous and Dangerous Materials

  • Flammable, combustible, or explosive substances (including gasoline, lighter fluid, propane, or aerosol cans)

  • Corrosive, toxic, or radioactive materials

  • Firearms, ammunition, gunpowder, or weapon components

  • Compressed gases, chemicals, or industrial solvents

  • Fireworks, sparklers, or similar ignition-based products

B. Illegal or Controlled Items

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or substances regulated under federal or state law

  • Drug paraphernalia or items used for illegal distribution

  • Stolen property or counterfeit goods

  • Any item whose possession or transport violates local, state, or federal laws

C. Perishable or Biological Items

  • Live animals, insects, or reptiles

  • Human or animal remains

  • Blood, biological samples, or hazardous medical waste

  • Perishable food products requiring refrigeration or temperature control

D. High-Value and Fragile Shipments

  • Cash, coins, or negotiable instruments (money orders, bonds, checks, etc.)

  • Jewelry, precious metals, or gemstones

  • Collectibles, antiques, or artwork of significant value

  • Glass, ceramics, or fragile items without protective packaging

E. Oversized or Excessive Weight Shipments

  • Any single shipment or item exceeding 3,000 pounds (1.5 tons) in total weight

  • Shipments requiring special lifting equipment or freight-level handling

2. Inspection and Right of Refusal

M&K Futoling Enterprises LLC reserves the right to:

  • Inspect shipments at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited contents;

  • Refuse pickup or terminate delivery services for any item that violates this policy;

  • Notify law enforcement authorities if prohibited or illegal items are discovered.

All clients are required to accurately describe shipment contents when scheduling a pickup. Falsifying shipment information may result in account suspension, denial of service, and potential legal action.

3. Client Responsibility

By scheduling a delivery with M&K Futoling Enterprises LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They are solely responsible for ensuring the shipment complies with this policy.

  • Any violation of this policy may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of fees.

  • The company is not liable for loss, damage, or claims arising from the transport of restricted or misdeclared items.
